The Company has a four prong development strategy aimed at enhancing the Company's portfolio of projects:

• Develop and expand the Boseto Copper Project in Botswana;
• Discover and develop additional projects in the Kalahari Copperbelt in Botswana;
• Seek other resource projects within Botswana and southern Africa; and
• Seek other value added projects in mining friendly jurisdictions around the world.
